Imagination enables the unseen to be seen. We founded PHASE3 to foster imagination and help others materialize their ideas. It propels us to imagine something better and to harmonise those ideas into design.

Collaborative teams are the future of design. PHASE3 is built on trust and an ability to draw on one another’s expertise to come up with more ingenious solutions. It means we communicate; we listen, we share our ideas and we take others on board.

Kira Sciberras
After graduating from the Architectural Association in London, Kira joined PHASE3 in 2017 to work as a Part II Architectural Assistant on ONE Putney. Following two years’ work experience spanning New York, Malta and London, she became one of the youngest ARB Registered Architects in 2018. Since then, Kira has taken on the role of project lead for a new acquisition, currently in planning.
“I am interested in people driven design, particularly the interactions between architecture, collaboration and experiential design. I enjoy seeing how a strong sense of community within the office plays into the delivery of our work with both clients and colleagues. My ultimate aspiration is to contribute to an architecture that encourages philosophical and emotional connections to the built environment.”
