The project site, on Thailand’s west coast, lies directly adjacent to the famous long sand beaches and is surrounded by dense green vegetation. Luxury property developer Phoenix Prime developed the masterplan for a luxury villa resort and approached PHAS3 to design a series of unique spaces inside the Entertainment Zone, from Clubhouse to Beach Club, as well as the entrance gates for this exciting new project.

The five elements establish the branding of the development and become the heart of the compound. They provide all leisure functions inside a large green park that meanders all the way down to the sea.

Our design develops an overall concept that uses similar forms,geometries and materials, inspired by traditional Thai architecture, and specifically designed to each space. The result is an outstanding collection of spaces, where single elements are still recognisable and combine to form a unique whole.
